• Transcribes sermon audio from video content
• Generates devotional content based on sermon transcriptions
• Provides tools for managing and distributing devotional content
• Offers analytics and insights on devotional engagement

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content and Rights

You retain all rights to the sermon content you upload (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Sermonotes:

• A license to process your User Content to provide the Service
• The right to use AI to analyze and generate devotional content
• Permission to store your content on our secure servers

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to:

• Provide current and accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges
• Pay all fees when due

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be completely accurate or suitable for your purposes. You should review and edit all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERMONOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
